At Trainconsulting, I bring the perspective of a new generation and strengthen the team with creative new ideas. As a young consultant, I provide a fresh view from the outside and give impulses in the design of change processes.
I am fascinated by the subtle structures in organizations and observe them with curiosity and a sense for great little things. With my analytical and structured way of working I get to the bottom of things and make patterns visible. As part of the consulting team, I support organisations in recognizing their own patterns and creating spaces to internalize and live the new.
In consulting projects, my current focus is on organisational analysis and the development of intervention designs.
