37 people from 9 different countries came together in Vienna in September 2024 to learn and deepen the theory and practice of Whole-ScaleTM Change.
A three-day experience hosted by Paul Tolchinsky and Lothar Wenzl.

This inspiring journey resulted in 17 key principles: The Whole-ScaleTM Manifesto.

  • Whole-ScaleTM Change is the overarching process for transforming organisations: it is both a framework and a mindset that helps professionals to steer the process with double impact, half the time and considerably lower cost.
  • It’s all about changing living systems – meaning: work with what is.
  • Whole-ScaleTM might not include all the people, yet it is thinking whole system at any scale.
