As a consultant, I work at the intersection of change management, leadership development, and learning design. My central concern is to empower organizations and their employees not only to react to change, but to shape it with confidence.

With my background in the performing arts, I bring depth to transformation processes—as an expert in learning experience design, especially in the area of leadership development, I ensure that change does not remain abstract but becomes tangible and applicable. At the same time, I understand that long-lasting change requires not only new perspectives, but also precise process architecture and stringent stakeholder management.

My approach is characterized by a combination of strategic thinking, methodological clarity, and immersive experience.
