I have over 20 years of experience in developing non-profit organisations, start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses, multinational companies and professional communities. I enjoy designing and re-inventing programmes for organisations to meet their specific needs, supporting them in reaching their next envisioned step by aligning their structure, processes, and human systems.
