  • Practise crafting a Whole ScaleTM Change meeting or event.
  • Have the opportunity to apply whole system engagement tools across various subjects, from strategy development and implementation to restructuring processes, community planning, and expedited troubleshooting.

Lothar Wenzl

Systemic organisational consultant and Trainconsulting CEO Lothar Wenzl is specialised in facilitating deep transformation processes that cultivate flourishing and prosperous organisations. Typically centred on strategic concerns, business models, or organisational design, with a primary focus on decision-makers.


We ask for your understanding that we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee for cancellations received four weeks before the start of the event, 75% from two weeks before the start of the event and 100% from one week before the start of the event or of non-participation. A workshop can be cancelled by us due to insufficient numbers of participants. In such cases, the participation costs will be refunded. Trainconsulting will not be liable for any expenses already incurred (travel, hotel costs, etc.).

Conditions of participation

Should events be cancelled by Trainconsulting, the fee paid will be refunded in full. Should there be any changes to the location (venue, hotel), time or personnel (trainer), we will inform you of these changes. Further claims against Trainconsulting are excluded. Participation in all events is at your own risk.
